Beaumont Consultancy is expanding its London team and we are looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment within the IT sector.

This position is subject to proven billings performance and is ideal for a motivated recruiter with a strong track record who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to successful placement.

As a Senior 360 Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment process, including business development, client management, sourcing top IT talent, and overseeing high-value placements.

You will deliver high-quality recruitment solutions while building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

This role is hybrid, offering a balance of office-based collaboration and remote working.

Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment process across the IT market.

Drive business development to build and grow client portfolios.

Source, screen, and interview high-quality IT candidates.

Prepare and submit strong candidate profiles to clients.

Manage client and candidate communication throughout the process.

Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.

Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS.

Build and nurture pipelines for ongoing and future roles.

Represent Beaumont Consultancy professionally in all interactions.

What We're Looking For 2–3+ years' experience as a 360 recruiter (senior-level performance).

Proven billings history in IT recruitment.

Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Confident sourcing across Linked In, job boards, and talent networks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and consistently meet targets.

Professional, self-driven, and collaborative.
