Are you the person who keeps everything moving when everyone else is busy? We’re looking for a highly organised Executive Operations Assistant to become a trusted right-hand partner to our CEO/COO, helping drive projects, coordinate leadership priorities, and ensure the business operates efficiently. This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You’ll sit at the heart of the organisation, coordinating strategic initiatives, managing key actions, supporting leadership meetings, and driving operational improvements across multiple departments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing executive diaries, priorities and communications
  • Coordinating business-critical projects from inception to completion
  • Producing project plans, action trackers and progress reports
  • Supporting leadership meetings, recording actions and ensuring follow-through
  • Tracking KPIs and producing management reports and dashboards
  • Working across departments to remove blockers and keep initiatives on track
  • Supporting operational improvements and business transformation activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Operations Assistant, Project Coordinator, Business Support professional or Project Manager
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and holding people accountable for actions
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine passion for improving how businesses operate
