We’re working in conjunction with Cloudclevr, one of the UK’s leading IT and Managed Service Providers, on a structured hiring project to build out their account management team in Wakefield.
About Cloudclevr: Cloudclevr is a next-generation managed services business bringing together cloud, IT, connectivity, communications and security under one unified brand. Built through the integration of multiple established technology businesses, and backed by an industry specific investment group, Cloudclevr works with organisations across the UK to simplify complex IT environments and deliver outcome-led solutions. Cloudclevr are entering an accelerated growth phase due to investment and their increased service and product offerings. Their focus is now on strengthening their direct sales function; to build a sales engine to support continued expansion, market penetration and selling across their portfolio.
You’ll be working alongside a sales leader who is well known in the industry for developing early-career sales talent, within a supportive and agile sales team that is genuinely invested in your success.
The Role: The Associate Account Manager role plays a direct part in revenue generation, coming into a base of accounts that you can grow long term. You will be part of a wider win back campaign, working on growing lapsed or inactive accounts into long term, engaged customers. You will work in tandem with the senior sales team, management and specialists to qualify opportunities to BANT level.
About You: This role is designed for someone who is working in a new business role early on in their career, but wants greater responsibility and opportunity in a more agile and quicker moving business. Maybe you are 12 months into a role, and can already see the ceiling, or feel you may not be supported internally to pivot out of lead generation/new business into a 360 sales role. The idea is to grow long term here, your success will be internally championed through a structured training plan, mentor and a supportive manager who is invested in your success in sales. You can expect clear earning mechanics, responsibility and a development plan built to help you succeed rather than being left to figure things out yourself.
Salary and Earnings: Base salary: £30,000-£35,000. Generous commission structure, paid on gross profit. On-target earnings will realistically see you earn another £25,000 on top of base, with increases as performance improves. Commission is uncapped and clearly structured.
Development & Training: As part of this hiring project, Beaumont are heavily invested in your continued success. Through this, you will work with an industry-specific sales trainer delivering virtual and in-person training on site, alongside structured workshops designed to help you hone your skills and build the foundations to become a fully fledged sales consultant within Cloudclevr. This training is practical, commercially focused and designed to support long-term progression rather than generic B2B sales theory. You will be supported with a clear development plan, ongoing coaching and the tools needed to perform and progress internally.
Recruitment Process: This recruitment project is being managed in its entirety by Beaumont IT in close partnership with Cloudclevr. Beaumont is Cloudclevr’s appointed recruitment partner for this campaign and is responsible for the full end-to-end process, including candidate attraction, screening and shortlisting. Any applications or submissions made directly to Cloudclevr, or via third-party recruitment agencies, will be treated as having been submitted through Beaumont and forwarded to Owen Powell for review. Cloudclevr does not accept speculative CVs outside of this process.
Equal Opportunities: Beaumont IT and Cloudclevr are equal opportunities employers. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals regardless of age, disability, gender identity or expression, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, or any other protected characteristic. All hiring decisions are based on merit, capability, and potential.
