We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a growing technology organisation delivering digital transformation projects across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hybrid role, with 3-days a week onsite in a beautiful picturesque part of Winchester. This role is ideally suited to someone with strong Business Analysis capability who is also comfortable coordinating project delivery activities.
A key part of the role will involve gathering requirements, writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working closely with technical teams to deliver successful solutions.
You’ll work across projects involving:
- Dynamics 365
- Business Central
- Microsoft Fabric
- Power Apps & Power Automate
- CRM, ERP, automation and data transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
- Support backlog management, sprint planning and Agile delivery activities
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Business Analysis experience within technology or transformation projects
- Experience writing user stories and supporting Agile delivery environments
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft Fabric or Power Platform
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience within consultancy or client-facing environments would be advantageous
