I'm hiring a strong new business cyber salesperson to lead with managed security services. This is a hunter role. Open doors, build pipeline and close new logos.

You'll have the embryonic feeling of a start-up in a new offering under a global name with over 30,000 employees globally. The focus is managed SOC, MDR/XDR and threat detection, with the ability to position wider managed services once you’ve created the opportunity. This isn’t a generalist IT and Infra focused role; you’ll already be selling cyber and comfortable engaging in conversations with technical leaders.

You’ll be expected to generate new business, build a strong self-generated pipeline and be comfortable running a sales cycle from cradle to close. Over time, you’ll also gain access to a large existing customer base of over 3000, but this is earned through new logo success rather than handed to you instantly.

The business has invested heavily into cyber capability and partnerships, with leadership now in place and headcount signed off specifically to grow managed security revenues, holding an opportunity to build something rather than inherit a saturated patch.

I’m looking to speak with people who:

  • Have sold managed SOC, MDR, XDR or additional cyber services for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Come from a reseller, MSP, MSSP or cyber vendor.
  • Are comfortable with new business generation.
  • Have a track record of landing new logos.
  • Can build and manage your own pipeline.
