I'm recruiting for a growing MSP that wants a senior salesperson to drive managed IT and cyber security growth. This is not an SDR or box‐shifting role; it is a consultative focused sales advisor selling to SME and Mid Market.

You will be seen as the senior, services focused salesperson internally, responsible for selling and taking the service providers cyber and managed IT stack to market. You will talk with new prospects and some existing accounts across cyber security, using their unique cyber 'audit' tool that allows a business to understand its potential vulnerabilities, as well as the wrap around managed IT support, M365/licensing and professional services/projects.

The viewpoint is to also bring in a lead generator alongside you once you are up and running. You will be comfortable owning end to end sales cycles: prospecting, meetings, proposals, close, then growing accounts. You will start with a small handful of accounts, but the expectation is that you are confident enough to build your own book of business.

You have 2+ years at a small/mid-sized service provider, selling services to SME and Mid-market. Maybe you started as an SDR, or want more opportunity out of a role in a more agile outfit.

£40k–£60k basic + best OTE in industry (can stretch for proven performers). Uncapped, profit‐based commission paid monthly - up to 30%. Strong upside once you build recurring GP. Agile, sales orientated founder led business. You will be working closely with one of the best natural salespeople in IT.
