We’re hiring for a genuinely great MSP in Bristol — the kind where you’re trusted to get on with your job, not micromanaged, and actually listened to. They’re looking for a solid senior engineer who knows their way around both Apple and Windows environments and enjoys owning problems rather than passing them on. You’ll be a go-to technical person, involved in projects, improvements, and helping shape how things are done. This is a team that values common sense, autonomy, and good people.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling advanced macOS & Windows support
- Acting as an escalation point when things get tricky
- Managing MDM (Jamf, Mosyle, Intune) and Windows tools (Intune, GPO, Autopilot)
- Keeping endpoints secure, compliant and running smoothly
- Getting involved in upgrades, migrations and refresh projects
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
- Spotting smarter ways of doing things and being trusted to implement them
What they’re after:
- 2–5 years in an MSP
- Good experience with Intune, Entra ID, AD, Apple Business Manager
- Solid networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Someone proactive, organised and easy to work with
- Certs are nice to have — not deal-breakers
The setup:
- 9–5:30, Monday–Friday
- 24/7 rota (roughly every 5 weeks)
- 24 days holiday
- Business expense card
If you’re experienced, capable, and want to work somewhere you’re trusted to just crack on and do good work — this is well worth a chat.
