AI Business Analyst – Power Platform / Copilot Studio
Almost fully remote with occasional visits to the London office.
We’re working with an established technology services business that is building a new AI function and looking for its first dedicated AI Business Analyst to work closely with the Director of AI.
This is a genuinely hands‑on role for someone who can bridge business analysis, AI and low-code technology — understanding real business problems and turning them into working solutions.
The Role
You’ll work with internal teams and customers to:
- Run discovery sessions and understand business processes and pain points
- Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities
- Build proofs of concept, pilots and demos using Power Platform and Copilot Studio
- Develop solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Agent Builder
- Translate business requirements into practical, implementable solutions
- Help develop repeatable AI solutions that can be adapted across multiple customers
- Work directly with customers, acting as a trusted AI partner from initial idea through to delivery
What We're Looking For
You’ll need:
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and/or Power Automation
- Demonstrable experience building with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills
- Experience running discovery sessions with users and stakeholders
- The ability to explain technology in clear, non-technical language
- Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A practical, delivery-focused mindset — you enjoy building solutions, not just writing specifications
- Experience in a client-facing, consulting, automation or low-code environment would be advantageous.
