£50,000 basic + £5,000 car allowance + double OTE
I’m recruiting for an Account Manager to join one of the UK’s leading Microsoft partners, managing an established portfolio of approximately 25–30 SME and lower mid-market customers. This is a genuine account development role with a blend of engaged, spending customers and revival accounts where relationships need to be rebuilt.
You’ll take ownership of the portfolio, understand each customer’s wider technology strategy and identify opportunities across managed IT, Microsoft cloud, modern workplace, cybersecurity and infrastructure services. The business is looking for someone who can retain and grow accounts through credible, consultative conversations rather than simply handling renewals or responding to inbound requirements.
The role offers a clear path to earn through account growth, with a £50,000 basic salary, £5,000 car allowance and double OTE. The working pattern is three business-facing days and two days from home. A day spent visiting customers counts towards the three, so a typical week could include two days in the office, one day on the road and two days working remotely. You could be based either in London, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Reading etc.
You’ll ideally have experience managing and developing a portfolio of customers within an MSP, Microsoft partner, or wider IT solutions provider.
