We are currently partnering with a leading FTSE 100 global client that leads in technology innovation and services worldwide. They have a strong reputation for being at the forefront of developing new technologies. Due to an internal transformation and growth, we are looking for ambitious, confident, and pro‑active procurement specialists with outsourced services experience. This role focuses on a niche area of spend: Contact Centres. You will own and develop this category, build effective relationships with internal stakeholder groups and vendors, and continuously identify opportunities to expand the category.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Contact Centre spend, ensuring value and compliance.
- Build and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and service excellence.
