Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Generalist Procurement Manager with deep procurement expertise, commercial insight, and a passion for stakeholder engagement. As Senior Procurement Manager, you will oversee procurement activities, shape strategic decisions, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities and support strategic decision‑making.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
- Lead a high‑performing team, champion ethical sourcing, and deliver continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Oversee 2 team members and support the client graduate program, stepping up to deputise for the Supply Chain Lead when needed.
- Any experience around Smart Metering or Field Services would be a benefit.
Qualifications
- 17+ years of experience recruiting interim and permanent Procurement, Supply Chain, SRM, TPRM, and Vendor Management.
- Strong procurement expertise with a proven track record in utilities and field services.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
