This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with experience across a range of indirect categories - HR, IT, Marketing, Professional Services etc, and experience of managing a team.
You will be responsible for day-to-day management of a team of category managers, and for ensuring delivery of long-term category strategies.
You will also be responsible for leading complex tender activities and helping to build a best practice procurement function.
A great understanding of Category Management and experience of planning category strategies is needed along with an excellent understanding of contract performance measurement, risk management and change.
Previous experience in developing teams in a fast paced, high performing function.
Hybrid working (1-2 days on site).
