We are looking for an outgoing, confident Procurement Manager who is looking to make a step up into a Head of role or is currently working as a Head of Procurement in an SME. You will have excellent relationship building skills and will have experience working for an SME in either a stand-alone role, or as part of a small team.
We are looking for someone who can implement policies and procedures, work closely with Stakeholders and Suppliers, and optimise spend. This will initially be a stand alone role, so someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in is a must.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong relationship management skills and proven experience in a senior end to end strategic Procurement role.
- Experience in categories relevant to event management – Meetings, Travel, Catering, venues, Accommodation, Tech etc.
- A can-do attitude who will take ownership and make things happen.
- A passion to be part of a growing business, taking pride in helping to move to the next level.
This is a strategic, high impact role with the potential to develop as the business grows. Hybrid working (2 days on site).
