You will be capable of developing a deep understanding of business needs and building clear credible relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs, cost saving opportunities, deliver effective demand management and address third party risk management (TPRM) matters.
  • Lead and manage end to end strategic and tactical sourcing projects across multiple categories, selecting appropriate sourcing event, following formal sourcing processes and handing off to the business and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
  • Proactive identification of new sourcing initiatives through deep relationships with business leads and the change team.
  • Negotiating commercial and contractual terms with third parties.
  • Enabling budget holders to optimise their budgets and deliver business requirements at best value with minimised risk.
  • Identifying and delivering cost saving and cost avoidance opportunities to meet budget holder targets, producing MI as required.
  • Collaborating with Procurement category managers to ensure that transformation projects are complementary to their activities in the IT, Professional Services and Corporate Services categories, reflecting corporate objectives.

Our client operates a hybrid working model of 2 days a week in the office and has locations in central London and Surrey.
