Join a major UK infrastructure programme and play a key role in supporting supply chain systems, data management, and performance reporting. Working closely with the commercial team, you will help maintain and improve business systems, support reporting activities, coordinate stakeholder requests, and contribute to process improvements that drive operational performance.

Procurement Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of supply chain systems.
  • Manage system access and improvement requests.
  • Produce and analyse performance reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate responses to stakeholder queries.
  • Develop training materials and support system users.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Finance, HR, Project Controls, and other business functions.
  • Support data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Around 3+ years' experience in systems, data, reporting, or performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with business systems and process improvement initiatives.
