Reporting to the TPRM Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the organisation's third-party risk management lifecycle. The role will focus on risk assessments, due diligence, data management, monitoring, MI, and governance, ensuring third-party information is accurate, complete, and effectively managed.

This is an excellent opportunity for a TPRM professional who enjoys working in a data-driven environment and partnering with Procurement, Risk and Business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support third-party due diligence and risk assessments in line with tiering and materiality requirements.
  • Undertake assessment activities including data gathering, validation and initial risk analysis.
  • Ensure risk assessments and supporting documentation are complete, consistent, and aligned with the TPRM framework.
  • Produce and maintain third-party risk MI and reporting, including supplier performance and concentration risk.
  • Identify emerging risks, data gaps and supplier performance issues and escalate where appropriate.
  • Support supplier onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain accurate supplier data, risk assessments, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare inputs for governance forums, including reporting packs, action logs, and supporting MI.
  • Track supplier incidents, risks, and remediation actions, supporting the escalation of key issues.
  • Support dependency mapping, scenario testing and operational resilience-related activities where required.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Business Owners, and Risk stakeholders to support effective TPRM delivery.
  • Contribute to improvements in TPRM processes, reporting, and data quality.

Key Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Proven experience working in Third Party Risk Management within Financial Services.
  • Experience across risk, data analysis, or operational risk environments.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience producing MI, with Power BI experience desirable.
  • Previous experience supporting risk assessments and/or third-party due diligence.
  • Experience working with TPRM systems and tools, ideally Workday-WSS.
  • An understanding of the insurance sector and London Market.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong data management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and continuous-improvement mindset.

***My client is based in London city and will require 3 days a week in the office***.
