Buyer IT Role: You will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. Working closely with delivery teams, you will support projects from sourcing through to contract administration and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve best value.
- Support contract administration, documentation, and compliance.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries with project teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and budgets.
About You:
- 2–4 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
- Degree in supply chain, business, law, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience reviewing or drafting contracts is advantageous.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to take ownership of your work.
Based in London with occasional UK Travel. Hybrid Working.
