This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a newly created function, where you will have real autonomy, working across indirect procurement categories including Technology/SaaS, Professional Services, Facilities, Travel and Production.
You will help shape how procurement operates, embed new policies and processes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
This is currently a stand-alone role so you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!
What you will be doing:
- Lead end-to-end RFQs and RFPs and negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, renewals, and performance.
- Identify and deliver cost savings and commercial efficiencies.
- Improve spend visibility and reduce maverick spend.
- Embed procurement policies and best practice across the business.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted commercial adviser.
- Help shape and develop a brand-new procurement function.
What we are looking for:
An experienced procurement professional with a strong track record across indirect procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the confidence to operate autonomously.
Full MCIPS / CIPS Chartered status is a plus, along with experience managing sourcing projects, suppliers, and contracts. Experience in media, broadcast, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment would be highly desirable.
