As thePrincipal Commercial Governance & Assurance Manageryou will beaccountableforowning,managingand delivering the GovernanceFrameworkacross thecommerciallifecycle,accounting for circa.£2bnannual spendacross both Capital and Operational areas.
You will manage a team to assure the Commercial function’s compliance with policies, procedures, procurement rules, regulations and standards through deployment of a progressive assurance approach.
You will take a lead role in managing effective relationships withexternal governing bodies and cross-functional teams ensuring strong regulatory compliance, best practice adoption and knowledge sharing.
If you are a senior commercial governance professional who is confident operating close to decision-makers, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by improving how organisations govern complex commercial activity, this could be the role for you.
