We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to work closely with our Director on lead generation, client engagement, and marketing campaigns. This hands-on role is set in a friendly, office-based environment where you’ll gain invaluable experience across marketing, sales, and client communications.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving lead generation through targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Managing client communications via email, telephone, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Running social media accounts and supporting content creation.
  • Maintaining and updating our client database.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong research skills and persuasive writing ability.
  • Confident telephone manner and professional communication skills.
  • Ideally, previous sales experience or sales training.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, social media platforms and email campaigns.
