The Governors at Beaumont wish to invite staff to apply for the post of Level 2 Teaching Assistant TA2.
What We’re Looking For
- To work on own initiative but work closely with the class teacher
- A team worker who is outward facing and likes to learn
- Has excellent behaviour management strategies
- Is able to support children across the Key Stages when required
- Is a positive, energetic and enthusiastic person
- Can run one club after school (within contracted hours)
- Preferably has experience of leading interventions
- Can troubleshoot and be proactive
- Loves to work with children and wants to make a difference
