We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) to join us on a bank basis. If you want to make a meaningful difference in a home known for its warmth, professionalism, and outstanding standards, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, person-centred care that supports each resident’s dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Create, review and implement tailored care plans in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Lead by example during your shift, guiding and supporting the care team to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality care.
- Administer medication safely and accurately, following all relevant protocols and procedures.
- Observe, monitor, and document changes in health and wellbeing, ensuring accurate record-keeping at all times.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families, offering reassurance, clear communication, and genuine empathy.
- Respond promptly and professionally in clinical situations, demonstrating confidence and sound clinical judgement.
What You’ll Bring
