The Opportunity
This appointment offers exposure to a broad portfolio of high-value commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing arrangements and development projects. The successful individual will work alongside experienced practitioners within a collaborative and quality-driven environment. For a Senior Associate, this presents a clear platform to enhance technical capability, deepen transactional exposure and strengthen market presence. For an established Partner, it provides the opportunity to join an ambitious, entrepreneurial firm with a progressive outlook — contributing strategically to the ongoing evolution and expansion of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development transactions
- Supporting and collaborating with senior colleagues on complex client mandates
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive and commercially focused advice
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Taking ownership of transactions and contributing to team efficiency and knowledge-sharing
About You
- Senior Associate (circa 5+ years' PQE) or existing Partner with strong commercial property expertise
- Technically strong with a pragmatic, commercially astute approach
- Confident managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
