Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of England Golf's digital strategy, aligned with organisational goals and values.
  • Drive digital transformation programmes that improve efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
  • Oversee IT systems, infrastructure and cyber security in partnership with the IT Manager.
  • Lead the development and use of data and insights to inform decision‑making and strategy.
  • Establish strong governance across digital, data and project delivery (P3M).
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for digital innovation, including tools, processes and performance measures.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity and security.
  • Champion the effective use of CRM systems and internal data platforms.
  • Support teams across the organisation with insight, research and data‑led decision making.
  • Manage key external supplier relationships, including digital platforms and software providers.
  • Lead digital procurement and tender processes.
  • Share insight and trends to support strategic planning and identify opportunities.
  • Represent England Golf externally, building relationships and sharing best practice.
