Beaumont Home Care is an independent, family run and privately owned domiciliary care agency based in Brentwood, Essex. The company provides high-quality care and support for individuals in their own homes, covering a wide range of services including personal care, dementia care, companionship, and more. The role would suit someone who is looking for part-time or full-time work and is available to work every other weekend. Shifts: We operate a service from 7am to 10pm.
Sponsorship: We welcome people who are already living in the UK and looking for an additional 20 hours a week. A UK Driving licence and own vehicle is required.
Training: All training provided – fully paid training and shadowing with ongoing support.
Shifts Available: We offer flexible working hours. We appreciate your need for a healthy work life balance, so why not offer us the hours you can manage to see if we have a fit!
Duties include:
- Personal care – help with getting in and out of bed, washing, bathing, dressing and, when necessary, help going to the toilet.
- Administration of medication – following appropriate training.
- Running errands – many of our clients require support getting out and about, so you'll assist with tasks such as shopping or picking up prescriptions.
- Companionship – provide company for your clients, treating them with dignity, patience and compassion.
- Light housekeeping – light housekeeping such as hoovering, dusting, changing the bed, washing up.
- Meal preparation – making breakfast, lunch or tea for your client.
