About the role: An established healthcare provider is seeking a visionary and commercially focused Chief Executive Officer to lead services across the UK. The successful candidate will direct strategy, manage performance, and ensure compliance while fostering innovation and excellence in NHS and private care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver strategic business plans aligned to board objectives.
- Oversee corporate functions, including operations, finance, HR, and compliance.
- Maintain partnerships with NHS, insurers, regulators, and internal teams.
- Ensure use of data systems for performance and decision-making.
- Build and support a high-performing leadership team.
- Promote accountability, improvement, and staff development.
- Represent the organisation to stakeholders with credibility.
