Whether you are an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready for your next step, you will be fully supported by a dedicated senior team including specialists in regulation, placements, administration, and commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the children's home
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and high-quality care of all residents
- Develop and lead a cohesive, motivated, and well-trained staff team
- Create and manage personalised care plans tailored to each child's needs
- Maintain a nurturing, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment
- Lead safeguarding and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Liaise effectively with external professionals and agencies
- Advocate for the development and aspirations of each young person
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential care setting
