Beaumont Care Homes in Ballymena, County Antrim, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant on a temporary basis for around six months. You will support the maintenance team to keep the home safe, well-presented and fully functional for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities include servicing heating, lighting, plumbing and non-medical equipment; decorating, minor refurbishments, grounds upkeep and on-call cover. You may also act as Fire Warden and assist with risk assessments.
