As a Domestic Assistant, you are the key to the hygienic and safe environment in which our residents live. You enjoy maintaining a pristine environment for the comfort and safety of our residents, visitors, and staff. An important part of our team who ensures residents in our care feel valued and appreciated. You may not have experience as a domestic cleaner but with all the right qualities and interest, we will provide full training and welcome you to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out all of your duties to ensure that we always provide a high level of cleanliness.
- Understand the cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations in the home along with the equipment and properties of cleaning materials required to fulfil the tasks.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, residents’ families, and visitors.
- Help to support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value.
- Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
- Provide the best possible service to the residents in our care.
- Enjoy communication and work well with others in a changing environment.
