Beaumont Bailey has been retained to identify an experienced General Manager to lead a long-established building materials business in Jersey, Channel Islands. This is a pivotal role within a respected organisation supplying essential materials to the island's construction and infrastructure sectors. The incoming leader will take full P&L ownership, guiding a skilled team through the next phase of the business's development.

Key Focus Areas- Full commercial and operational leadership of a multi-operation business
- Develop deep insight into the needs of the island, and respond with creativity, credibility and conviction
- Drive efficiency, profitability, and performance improvement

- Oversee mineral planning, environmental compliance, and sustainable resource management
