Beaumont Bailey has been retained to identify an experienced General Manager to lead a long-established building materials business in Jersey, Channel Islands. This is a pivotal role within a respected organisation supplying essential materials to the island’s construction and infrastructure sectors. The incoming leader will take full P&L ownership, guiding a skilled team through the next phase of the business’s development.
Operating within a distinctive regulatory and political environment, this position requires a balance of operational discipline, commercial agility, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Focus Areas- Full commercial and operational leadership of a multi-operation business
