A truly unique career opportunity for a highly experienced Residential Solicitor to join highly regarded, respected and established firms based in Edinburgh City Centre. Due to continued business growth, our client is actively seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious client-centric Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team.
Ideally, you will be 5+ PQE with a solid background within Residential Conveyancing, coupled with depth of experience assisting clients with all aspects of purchase and sale transactions, re-mortgages and transfer of title.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting a diverse range of client base, communicating with clients and taking their instructions
- Providing legal advice to clients where appropriate
- Liaising with third parties such as other solicitors and banks
- Drafting legal documentation
- Concluding missives for sale and purchase transactions
- Undertaking the conveyancing for sale and purchase transactions
