Due to continued business growth, a truly unique opportunity has arisen for a Legal Director/Partner to head up and manage the firms Private Client department based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The Private Client Department undertakes all aspects of Private Client work including wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts, estate planning and cost of care advice.
We would be delighted to hear from Scottish Qualified Solicitors who possess 9+ pqe, who are currently at the level of Senior Associate, have gained depth of experience within the remits of private client work, are STEP qualified and have gained experience of managing a team. An individual who is seeking an opportunity to take the next step within their career.
We envisage that the successful candidate will be comfortable working with complex cases, possess strong interpersonal skills, who can build good rapport with staff and clients and are prepared to take responsibility for their own caseload while contributing to the success of the team.
