Beaumond House Hospice Care in Mansfield is seeking a Hospice at Home Registered Nurse to deliver expert, patient-centred care in patients’ homes within a multi-disciplinary framework. The role supports admission avoidance and timely discharge, aligned to the organisation’s values and care plans.
You will work 36 hours per week, with shifts spanning early and late hours (7:00am–10:00pm) on a rota, at a rate of £19.48 per hour.
