We are seeking a confident, caring and committed individual to join our team of dedicated learning support staff, on a permanent basis, commencing in September/October. This rewarding role will involve supporting children across a range of settings – including whole-class, small group, and 1:1 – in close collaboration with class teachers and our inclusion leader to promote learning for all.
Working HoursMonday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:15pm. There may also be opportunities for additional paid hours before 8:45am and after 3:15pm supporting our wraparound care provision, should this be of interest.
Who We’re Looking For- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
- A belief in every child’s ability to succeed
- Patience, flexibility, and initiative
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Confidence supporting children during play and social times
- Competency in English and maths (GCSE grade C or equivalent)
