Demand generation is being rebuilt from scratch by AI. The playbooks that worked two years ago are already outdated, and the ones that will win in 12 months don't fully exist yet. Beauhurst is looking for a Growth Associate who wants to be part of figuring that out: someone who experiments with AI tools, acts on what they learn and is energised by the idea that the job will look different in a year's time.

About Beauhurst

We are building the leading provider of private company data in Europe. Private companies represent 80% of private sector employment and over 90% of revenues across Europe. They are the backbone of our economy – creating jobs, driving innovation, and generating the tax receipts that enable government services. Yet finding, collecting, and understanding information about private companies remains a significant challenge. We bridge this gap by providing our customers with comprehensive, up-to-date private company information. Our online platforms and API help our clients to discover, track and understand these companies. This empowers them to take informed action, whether they're offering services or funding to help companies grow, crafting supportive policies, or making better decisions through deeper understanding of the economic landscape. We work with venture capital firms, big financial institutions, leading universities and the Government to help them find and work with companies that drive disruption and innovation across the economy.

The Role

This is a hands-on role at the centre of our go-to-market operation. You'll work with the wider marketing team to plan and run campaigns that generate demand and support our sales and BD teams. Day to day you'll be:

  • Building and running campaigns across email, nurture and paid channels
  • Supporting our BDR and sales teams with the right content and sequences at the right time
  • Using AI tools to write faster, test smarter and automate the repetitive stuff
  • Spotting what's not working, forming a view on why and acting on it quickly
  • Driving and supporting events including webinars, conferences and industry roundtables, from planning and promotion through to follow-up

We're not looking for someone to follow a fixed playbook. We genuinely believe demand marketing will look significantly different in 12 months. This role will flex and evolve with that, and the right person will find that exciting rather than unsettling. There is a clear growth path into a senior demand generation role as the team and function scales.

About you

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a B2B marketing, sales or customer-facing role. A placement year, agency stint or time in-house all count.
  • Have hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing platform, or a clear and demonstrable ability to pick up new tools fast
  • Show genuine, provable curiosity about AI. We want someone who has used tools like Claude, ChatGPT or similar to produce real work and can talk about what they made and what they learned
  • Be able to move quickly, take ownership and act on problems without waiting to be told
  • Write clearly and get to the point

Ideally you'd also:

  • Have some experience with LinkedIn campaigns, paid social or outbound tooling like Clay
  • Have a point of view on where B2B marketing is heading and be able to back it up

Our offer

We're offering a starting salary of £30,000–£35,000 (dependant on experience) with a 20% performance bonus, giving you an OTE of up to £42,000. We invest a lot in keeping our people happy and healthy. So as well as that, you'll also get:

  • A stake in the company: This is huge - everything you do will create value in the company that you will partly own
  • Healthcare: Our health cash plan will cover all of your day-to-day health and wellness needs
  • Free therapy: Sessions with any of our hand-picked counsellors, all on us
  • Professional development: You drive your own development - if you want to do some training, bring it to us and we’ll foot the bill
  • Events: Company-wide parties and away days, drinks every Friday, regular team socials - what can we say, we enjoy each other’s company
  • Subsidised travel: Season ticket loans, free railcards, and a cycle to work scheme
  • Clubs: Whether you enjoy reading, padel, bouldering or biscuits there will be a subsidised club for you
