This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for creating and delivering high-quality, technically credible content and campaigns that showcase our market-leading, life-saving technologies to global defence and aerospace customers worldwide.
You’ll work closely with marketing, sales and technical teams, playing a central role in how we communicate our capabilities, with the opportunity to develop across both content creation and wider marketing activity within a growing team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our content is clear, compelling and consistently delivered across channels, supporting sales and long-term growth. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, engaging with technical subject matter and turning it into impactful marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation & Development (Core focus)
- Produce a high volume of technically credible content at pace to support sales, campaigns and customer engagement.
- Work with SMEs to translate technical information into clear, compelling and customer-focused content.
- Develop content aligned to value propositions and customer needs.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent and aligned to value propositions.
- Content Management & Channels
- Manage and update website content across Beaufort Group brands.
- Coordinate content rollout across channels.
- Maintain quality and alignment across digital touchpoints.
- Campaign Execution
- Execute campaign activity across channels in line with agreed plans and priorities.
- Deliver content for ABM activity through targeted communications.
- Deliver content for product launches in line with agreed plans and messaging.
- Repurpose content across formats and channels to maximise impact and efficiency.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable content assets.
- Coordination & Execution
- Manage content calendar and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales and technical teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track activity and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery challenges.
- Take ownership of content delivery, ensuring clarity, alignment and quality across all outputs.
- Experience in technical B2B or B2G marketing environments.
- Ability to work with SMEs to extract and translate technical information.
- Strong understanding of value propositions and customer-centric marketing.
- Experience working within long sales cycles and regulated environments.
- Understanding of commercial objectives and how marketing supports sales outcomes.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / InDesign).
- Experience managing website content (e.g. WordPress).
- Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn).
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Experience working with external agencies or suppliers.
