The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Location: Poole (with flexibility to work at other sites locally in Bournemouth/Ringwood)
Pay: £13.67 per hour, plus £55 paid sleep-in per shift
Hours: 37 hours per week, plus sleep-in shifts (average of 3 per week)
Rota: 3 week rolling, inclusive of 8am starts, 11pm finishes, and sleep-in shifts

What you’ll do
- Support a small group of up to 5 young people in care with life skills, activities, education, prepare for employment and daily routines
- Create simple support plans, record clear and concise notes in line with Ofsted regulations
- Keep the home safe, welcoming, clean, tidy and compliant
- Lone working; able to confidently manage a shift and overnight sleep by yourself (support via 24/7 emergency ‘on call’ is available to you)
- Confidently liaise with external partners such as social workers, local authorities, Police and Ofsted
