Beaufort Care Group in Bournemouth and Poole is seeking a compassionate, reliable role model to support young people in wellbeing and independence. You will coach daily living skills, support education and employment goals, and maintain accurate records with safeguarding in mind.
Applicants should have NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People, be comfortable lone working with up to 5–6 youths, and engage with partner agencies to provide holistic support.
