The School is now looking for an exceptional Director of Operations to join its Senior Leadership Team and lead the operational, financial and commercial functions of this thriving independent school.
Role Overview
The Director of Operations will work closely with the Headmaster and the Rugby School Group Chief Operating Officer to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the School while shaping its long‑term future. This role offers the autonomy of managing operations within a single school while being supported by specialists across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational leadership across finance and commercial management
- Estates, facilities and capital projects management
- Health and safety and regulatory compliance oversight
- Catering, administration and support services coordination
