Position Overview
We now have a rare opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced practitioner to join our fabulous Early Years team within Pre-Prep commencing in September 2026. Applicants must have a Level 3 qualification as a minimum. Pre-Prep are a forward-thinking team who value holistic education, inquiry-based approaches and rigorous learning that is both age-appropriate and aspirational. We believe that pastoral care and knowledge of each child, and connection with their family, is integral to a well-rounded education and hold our TAs in high esteem, referring to teachers and TAs in each class as 'teaching partners'.
Working Hours and Conditions
The role is for a minimum of 4 days per week, with the possibility of full time. There will also be a requirement to undertake one late-stay duty each week for which an additional allowance is payable. This is a term-time only position, 33 weeks per annum.
