We are currently recruiting to expand ourbrilliant staff team and strengthening it further in all areas of the schooland college. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher LevelTeaching Assistant (HLTA) who will be based at our Wimborne (College) orColehill (School) sites with a “can do” attitude. This position is offeredon a full time, term-time only basis. The working hours are 8:45am to 3:45pmwith half an hour for lunch Monday to Friday.

You will have experience of and be confident insupporting young people with SEND, including those with complex needs. You willhave a flexible approach, exemplary communication skills and be able to meetthe challenging needs of our young people. You will be able to work closelywith class teachers to support with planning and delivery of learning in theirabsence, such as, to cover planned PPA.
