We are a well‑established GP practice serving approximately 12,000 patients from a single site. We hold a Good CQC rating and are committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care. This role is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for the overall management of practice operations, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring efficient service delivery, financial sustainability and compliance with NHS and regulatory requirements. The Practice Manager will drive the strategic development of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Practice Development
    • Drive achievement of QOF and performance targets
    • Manage contracts, procurement, and supplier relationships
    • Ensure policies are up to date and compliant
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
    • Maintain NHS contractual compliance
  • Patient Services & Communication
    • Develop communication strategies
    • Support Patient Participation Group
    • Manage complaints in line with NHS guidance
    • Promote digital patient services
  • Facilities & Compliance
    • Oversee premises and health and safety
    • Ensure IT security and information governance
    • Maintain insurance cover
