Beauchamp Estates is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our Sales and Lettings team. This role is designed to provide essential administrative support to both teams, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the high standards that Beauchamp Estates is known for. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, proactive approach and a strong commitment to assisting the sales and lettings teams in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of sales and lettings records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Lettings teams, including managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
- Run and monitor AML checks for all sales and lettings transactions to ensure compliance.
- Handle invoicing, drafting sales contracts and letters as required for sales and lettings transactions.
- Woking with the Marketing team, book photography and video shoots for properties to showcase listings at their best.
- Act as the first point of contact for reporting IT issues within the Sales and Lettings teams.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees in the Sales and Lettings departments.
- Manage CRM system updates and ensure data is accurate, ensuring sales and lettings progress can be tracked effectively.
- Populate templates and work with suppliers to book letter and flyer canvassing campaigns.
- Assist with scheduling social media posts using templates provided.
