The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 Β£ per year.
We are seeking a talented, energetic and passionate Geography Teacher to join our talented and vibrant Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the delivery of lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. They will be required to assess the work of their students and provide constructive, individual feedback on a weekly basis.
The Humanities department places a strong emphasis on the development of effective teaching, learning and assessment strategies. Through ongoing weekly CPD, the Humanities team are focussed upon ensuring that differentiation is used to provide a suitable level of challenge for all students and that effective Assessment for Learning is used to support student progress.
There is also a teaching philosophy amongst staff that humanities lessons should be focussed on developing student curiosities and building upon these to provide a contextualised learning experience for all students. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and a creative practitioner who is committed to supporting the achievement and progress of all students.
