We are looking for a PA to the Associate/Executive Principal & HR administrator who will provide:
- A full administrative service to the Associate/Executive Principal.
- Consistent, efficient and effective HR support.
- A confidential secretarial service to the School Leadership Team.
- Confidential and effective administrative support within the college.
This is a key post within the school which requires dedication, discretion and a highly efficient and determined approach. It requires working closely with the Associate/Executive Principal and being able to give the Associate/Executive Principal’s requirements first priority. The post therefore calls for the ability to work on one’s own and to use judgement and initiative. The ability to remain calm and controlled, whilst retaining creativity and positivity, under the pressures of working in a very demanding and constantly changing environment, is also essential.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide extensive support for the Associate/Executive Principal and the school’s Senior Leadership Team through:
- Showing an in depth understanding of the needs of the school, the school’s management and the community in all decision making and prioritisation.
- Fully representing the school and the school’s management in contact with members of the wider community.
- To ensure a high standard of administrative and management support for the Associate/Executive Principal in order to assist in the smooth running of the school.
- Prioritise, organise and manage the Associate/Executive Principal’s workload.
- To work with the Associate/Executive Principal in producing all major school documentation, which sets the framework within which the school operates and establishes standards and good practice.
- Work alongside the HR Lead and Operations Manager assisting with day to day aspects of HR administration.
