We are seeking to appoint an engaging and hardworking Assistant Head of Year, to provide an effective holistic support to all students.

The Beauchamp College in Oadby, is the founding school within the successful and growing Lionheart Educational Trust. It is a culturally diverse and an inclusive Year 7 to Year 11 secondary school, a fantastic place to work. It provides an outstanding education for its students, which is achieved by offering stimulating and interesting teaching, excellent care and guidance to students and leadership that ensures we continue to move forwards year on year.

The Trust\\\’s guiding principles are Academic Excellence with Holistic Development for all. The Beauchamp College also has a large Sixth Form in which many students aspire to University following their A-Level study.

We are proud of our successes and the opportunities we provide for our young people and our exciting curriculum offers an extensive range of subjects, where learning does not just happen in the classroom.
