A rare senior opportunity has arisen at Beatty Dental, a multi-award-winning, fully digital private practice in Eastbourne.
We’re growing and we’re looking for one exceptional dental nurse to lead our nursing team, coordinate high-value patient journeys and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
This is much more than a traditional Lead Nurse position.
You’ll work closely with our Principal Dentist, Practice Manager and Business Development Lead, with genuine responsibility, influence and opportunity to progress.
The role
- Lead, support and develop our nursing team
- Run treatment-coordination consultations
- Guide patients through treatment journeys, fees and finance options
- Take ownership of enquiries and treatment-plan follow-up
- Coordinate complex care including implants, aligners and smile transformations
- Support diary efficiency, patient experience and practice growth
- Work with the wider team towards agreed practice KPIs
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A qualified dental nurse with current GDC registration
- Experienced in private dentistry
- Experienced in treatment coordination
- Confident, commercially aware and a natural communicator
- Comfortable discussing treatment fees and finance
- Proactive, organised and dependable
- Ambitious and ready for greater responsibility
- Someone who enjoys seeing both patients and the practice succeed
