Where you come in

We are looking for a confident Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, delivering smart, agile, and impactful campaigns across brand, social, and digital platforms for our label services clients. A passion for music, particularly electronic music, is a plus.

Location

This role can be hybrid or in office (London) but applicants must have UK right to work and be based in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our clients with planning, running, and optimising release campaigns.
  • Direct paid media with confidence and manage campaign budgets.
  • Connect opportunities across Beatport and other DSPs into campaigns that work harder, spotting trends and areas to improve along the way.
  • Work with internal teams and third‑party services to ensure client campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, TikTok, Peloton, SoundCloud, YouTube and other key DSPs whilst remaining an authority on their best practices and new features.
  • Pitch priority releases for editorial playlists, banner features, and other promotional slots.
  • Report on the metrics that matter (sales, placements, engagement) and use them to build success with our clients and help shape their future campaigns.
  • Coordinate assets, metadata, and launch logistics with internal teams and help improve marketing processes over time.

Client management

  • Act as the primary marketing contact, leading strategy conversations and offering proactive guidance on release planning.
  • Run regular check‑ins to understand goals, share updates, and recommend ways to optimise.
  • Surface opportunities through internal products and external tools, and proactively suggest solutions to help clients grow.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in music marketing across distribution, labels, or artist management, with a strong set of existing relationships, as well as a detailed understanding of digital strategy and campaign execution.
  • DSP knowledge: Hands‑on with Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, TikTok, Meta, and other key platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to turn client goals into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in distribution workflows, metadata standards, and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting competing deadlines.
