Where you come in:
We are looking for a talented Junior or Mid Weight Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs that promote our brand, services, and products. You’ll work closely with senior designers and other team members to deliver creative assets across both digital and print platforms. A passion for music, particularly electronic music, is a plus.
As a Junior to Mid Weight Graphic Designer you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the creation of designs for marketing materials, social media, and other brand assets.
- Working collaboratively with senior designers to bring concepts to life while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Helping create visuals that effectively communicate messages and engage target audiences.
- Supporting the design team in maintaining consistency across various platforms and formats.
- Preparing files for production, ensuring designs are optimised for both print and digital use.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
As a Junior to Mid Weight Graphic Designer you will need:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a studio, agency, or in house team.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills, with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and communication.
- Proficiency in Figma (it’s our primary tool) and The Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with motion design is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative design.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Able to work across a variety of briefs and balance workloads effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and develop as a designer.
